A native of Perinton\, Tony joined Mengel Metzger Barr in 1997 after earning his bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John Fisher College and his Juris Doctor from Syracuse University’s College of Law. Tony is the lead partner in charge of our firm’s Agribusiness and alcoholic beverage practice group.
