With significant experience in commercial matters\, including distribution agreements\, custom crush agreements\, alternating proprietorships\, asset and stock purchases\, leases\, and more\, he provides practical solutions for wineries looking to expand and streamline operations. Brian frequently writes and speaks about legal and policy issues facing wineries and other alcoholic beverage companies. \n\n\n\n\nGlenford Jameson is a regulatory and commercial lawyer based in Toronto. Glenford focuses his practice on serving the food and beverage industries in Canada.
