DESCRIPTION:December 1\, 2025 to December 22\, 2025\n 12:00 am\n\n Seminars/Webinars\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Ag Workforce Development Council’s Labor Roadshow returns this December in four locations\, as well as two webinars. \nIn-Person events will be held in four locations: \n\nDecember 9 – Elks Lodge\, Greenwich\, NY\nDecember 10 – Hilton Garden Inn\, Watertown\, NY\nDecember 17 – Cornell AgriTech\, Geneva\, NY\nDecember 18 – Genesee Community College\, Batavia\, NY\n\nOnline sessions will be held via Zoom on topics that are different from\, and in addition to\, the in-person events: \n\nDecember 1 from noon to 2:00PM\nDecember 22 from noon to 2:00PM\n\nLabor Roadshow IX will cover a range of pressing topics\, including: \n\nImmigration and Farm/Family Preparedness\nCompliance Updates\nUnionization Updates from PERB and attorneys\nEmployee Engagement and Improving Culture\nEmployee Housing Operational Costs\nPest Management in Employee Housing\nLegality of Employee Monitoring Using Cameras and Technology\nHow to Interact with Regulators and the Public about Labor Issues\n\nRegistration is now open. \nWith one registration\, participants gain access to one in-person event\, a recording of an in-person session\, and all online sessions on December 1 and 22.
