DESCRIPTION:On April 8\, 2024\, portions of Seneca Lake will be in the path of totality for the Solar Eclipse. If you’re in town for this momentous event\, we invite you to join 17 of our member wineries for a special evening of wine tasting and light bites on Sunday\, April 7 from 6-8pm hosted by Fox Run Vineyards. \nDuring the event\, ticketholders can visit the tasting stations\, enjoying the wines and getting to know the winery folks themselves. To sate your appetite\, there will be delicious snacks prepared by renowned local chef Brud Holland. \nThis is going to be a casual\, interactive evening\, giving you the opportunity to meet fellow wine lovers\, learn more about the wines of Seneca Lake\, directly from the people who know them best. You’ll also receive a souvenir wineglass to commemorate the evening. Is there a better way to lead up to a once-in-a-lifetime event like the solar eclipse?! We think not! \nGet your tickets early\, only 200 available! \nSENECA LAKE WINE TRAIL EVENT INFORMATION:\nTickets: $75 per person (includes taxes and fees). \nDate & Time: Sunday\, April 7 from 6-8pm \nLocation: Fox Run Vineyards \nThe not-so-fine print: this event is for attendees 21 and over. This event is not pet-friendly\, please leave your pooch at home. Since this event involves alcohol consumption\, please expect to show a valid\, government-issued photo ID to provide proof of age. Often our events sell out well in advance\, so get your tickets early to avoid disappointment! \nWe’ll post a link to the recipe book soon. Then\, you can review the recipes before purchasing tickets\, so you know what to expect\, especially if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
