One of the first NY Farm Wineries in the Finger Lakes started with planting selected Vinifera and European hybrid grapes in 1979. Bonded winery in 1982 producing only 400 cases a year. Jim and Carol Doolittle keep it small and personal with their son taking over. On the west side of Cayuga Lake overlooking the 17-acres of vines and panoramic view of the lake. As an Estate Winery all of the wines are made here only from grapes grown on the property.
