Experience Chef Charlie Marshall’s elevated farm-to-table cuisine and deep commitment to the local community and sustainability with the New York Wines Sustainability Week kick-off dinner at The Marshal. Three New York producers will join Charlie to share their wines and what defines sustainability for NY wines.

The De Gustibus Cooking School by Miele at Macy’s Herald Square, one of the nation’s most reputable culinary institutes, will welcome four New York producers from three different regions to explore local food and wine and their sustainable present and future. 12 total wines will be poured alongside delightful bites.
