A flight of three wines will be served along­side an offer­ing of the restaurant’s sig­na­ture dumplings at a dis­count­ed price. Guests are wel­come to order the New York Wines Sus­tain­abil­i­ty Week Flight in addi­tion to items on the reg­u­lar din­ner menu. Pro­duc­ers will be on site to pour and dis­cuss their wines.
