Celebrate the season with Uncork the Holidays, a festive wine trail experience on the Shawangunk Wine Trail! Join us November 21–22, December 5–6, or December 12, 2026, and explore one of three unique itineraries, each featuring four participating wineries.

Enjoy wine and cider tasting flights, seasonal cocktails, delicious flavors, and special holiday experiences along your chosen itinerary. Your Full Experience ticket includes tastings at four wineries and a complimentary Shawangunk Wine Trail tasting glass to take home.

You’ll also receive an Uncork Passport featuring seasonal food and wine pairing ideas, holiday wine cocktail recipes, and special offers. Tasting ticket holders can qualify for a complimentary VIP tasting ticket to the December 13 Sip & Shop Holiday Market at City Winery Hudson Valley by purchasing 12 or more bottles of wine, cider, or spirits from participating wineries between November 21 and December 12.

Designated drivers can join for free and enjoy four non-alcoholic beverages, one at each winery along the selected itinerary.

Early Bird Full Experience tickets are $35 through October 31. Prices increase to $40 on November 1, with additional increases before each event weekend. Tickets must be purchased in advance; tickets are not available at the door.
