About Our Presenters…

Brian Fink is a regulatory and commercial lawyer based in New York City. He helps wineries and other alcoholic beverage companies navigate the complexities of federal and state beverage-alcohol laws and regulations, including TTB and state licensing, TTB, FDA and USDA labeling rules, state franchise laws, regulatory compliance, and trade practices. With significant experience in commercial matters, including distribution agreements, custom crush agreements, alternating proprietorships, asset and stock purchases, leases, and more, he provides practical solutions for wineries looking to expand and streamline operations. Brian frequently writes and speaks about legal and policy issues facing wineries and other alcoholic beverage companies.

Glenford Jameson is a regulatory and commercial lawyer based in Toronto. Glenford focuses his practice on serving the food and beverage industries in Canada. He advises clients on regulatory compliance, labeling, advertising claims, and enforcement actions from Health Canada and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. He has extensive experience in provincial and federal compliance, importation, food safety, product recalls, and risk management, and has taught Canadian Food Law at Michigan State University’s College of Law. His work bridges the intersection of food and beverages, technology, and regulation.
