Join Tiffany Eicholz, Business Development Manager, as she gives an overview of the new “phygital” (physical + digital) tasting process from Tonnellerie Berger & Fils. Thanks to this innovative process launched in March 2021, Tonnellerie Berger & Fils can offer custom tastings, virtually, even though visits to wineries have been postponed. The process is holistic in that Tonnellerie Berger & Fils sends customers samples of wine suited to their grape varietals to taste during a virtual appointment. Then, they offering customers the opportunity to send their own wine back to Berger for a personalized recommendation. It is from this in-depth exchange the mutual knowledge essential to the production of personalized barrels, evolves for each wine.
We are pleased to welcome Tiffany to New York! She will be joined by Peter Bell, Winemaker at Fox Run Vineyard, to discuss how Tonnellerie Berger has worked with them in the past.
