Fox Run Vineyards Hires New National Sales Manager

Fox Run Vineyards is pleased to announce the addition of John Mourey as National Sales Manager. Mourey will be responsible for leading the sales team and developing new placement opportunities for Fox Run Vineyards’ wines nationally and internationally.

Mourey, a native of Watkins Glen, NY, and a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College, earned a degree in Marketing with a minor in Economics. From there he went on to graduate from Chapman University with a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Management Development. He got his start in the wine industry as a Sales Rep for Wine Merchants 1984-1988, most recently working for Seneca Beverage Corporation/Saratoga Eagle in Elmira, NY, before landing at Fox Run.

Owner Scott Osborn says, “I have known John for over 30 years. He brings more than 35 years of sales experience in the wine, spirits, and beer industry in the Finger Lakes Region. He has a proven track record of growing brands across different price points.”

Osborn added, “John has watched Fox Run grow from the time I purchased it in 1994 from a small 1,000 case operation to our current 22,000 cases. We believe he will fit right in with the Fox Run family culture and share our values of diversity and our commitment to the environment.”
