Museum of Waterways and Industry Unveils New Exhibit on Finger Lakes Wine History on April 27th, 2024.

Wine connoisseurs and casual wine-drinkers alike are invited to the unveiling of “A History of Wine in the Finger Lakes” at The Seneca Museum of Waterways and Industry in Seneca Falls. The exhibit will showcase the Finger Lakes wine industry from its humble beginnings to becoming one of the United States’ top wine producing regions.

“A History of Wine in the Finger Lakes” launches on Saturday, April 27 with a free public reception from 3:00PM-5:00PM at the Museum, located at 89 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, New York. Alongside viewing the exhibit for the first time, guests aged 21 and over can enjoy free samples of wine from around The Finger Lakes region. Montezuma Winery, Bully Hill Winery, Knapp Winery, and newcomer Airy Acres Winery, will all be offering free tastings of their prized wines at the event.
