Penn Yan, NY, September 21^st, 2021 – Over 30 wineries participating in the New York Wine & Grape Foundation (NYWGF) International Export Program were invited to submit wines for review by JamesSuckling.com last Spring. JamesSuckling.com is an international wine publication that annually reviews and comments on wines from the world’s leading wine regions. Results are published to an audience of over 600,000 unique annual visitors. 

Of the wines submitted for review by 25 wineries, 69 received scores of 90 and above. According to JamesSuckling.com “a wine rated 90 points or more is outstanding.” This impressive showing marks the first time in the history of the NYWGF that such a significant number of New York wines were accepted for review by the widely respected website.    

Though based in Hong Kong, much of the JamesSuckling.com audience are members of the trade and wine enthusiasts from North America and Europe. Together with James Suckling’s partner media programs in Mainland China, Korea, and Thailand, James has become a leading voice not just for the English-speaking wine world, but a greater audience (of more than 5 million annual viewers) that tunes in to read about the wines being reviewed by their team.
