The Keuka Lake Wine Trail is proud to announce a $1,000 donation to the Humane Society of Yates County, raised through the highly successful Paws & Pours Passport program. This initiative not only celebrates the dog-friendly culture of the Finger Lakes and participating wineries but also showcases the Wine Trail’s continued commitment to supporting local organizations and fostering community connections within the Keuka Lake area.
Paws & Pours is a digital passport available year-round that encourages visitors and locals to bring their canine companions along for when visiting Keuka Lake Wine Trail member wineries. Passport holders have access to one time use offers, which includes exclusive discounts on glasses of wine or flights at participating wineries, while their four-legged friends are treated to complimentary dog treats at each stop. The program highlights the welcoming atmosphere of the Keuka Lake Wine Trail while contributing to a meaningful cause.
“The Humane Society of Yates County does incredible work for animals in need, and we’re thrilled to support their mission through our efforts,” said Chelsea Race, Director of Marketing for the Keuka Lake Wine Trail. “The Paws & Pours program is a wonderful way to combine our love for wine and dogs, and we’re grateful to everyone who purchased a passport so far to make this donation possible and continue the program.”
